Abstract In a system with broken inversion symmetry, second-order nonlinear Hall effect can survive even in the presence of time-reversal symmetry. this work, we show that giant exist twisted bilayer WTe 2 system. The Berry curvature dipole ( ? = 29.4°) reach up to ~1400 Å, which is much larger than previously reported systems. system, there abundant band anticrossings and inversions around Fermi level, brings complicated distribution curvature, leads signals exhibit dramatically oscillating behavior Its large amplitude high tunability indicate be an excellent platform for studying effect.
